National Student Survey

Student Survey launched at Swansea

The 2010 National Student Survey (NSS) was launched at Swansea University on Monday 25 January 2010.

The NSS is an annual survey of mostly final year undergraduates in the UK and aims to provide robust data on the student learning experience at UK Universities for prospective students and others. Results are published on the Unistats website Unistats.com. The survey should take no longer than 3-4 minutes to complete.

Each year the results are considered by Swansea University, in partnership with the Students’ Union. Many changes are made to benefit current and future students.

Eligible students will receive an email from Ipsos MORI, the independent research agency which runs the survey, inviting them to take part. Swansea University and the Students’ Union are offering prizes for completing the survey on-line www.thestudentsurvey.com by 9 April 2010, including a graduation photography package, graduation gown hire and tickets to the Summer and Graduation Balls. All responses are anonymous. However, you can access the National Student Survey online until 30 April 2010.

The NSS is fully supported by The National Union of Students (NUS).
