All Wales SpR Generic Training Course
The Health Informatics Training Course is a two day course that provides information on those aspects of health informatics that are important for senior doctors. The first day sets out some of the problems that exist today and examines the information needs of doctors. The second day provides an opportunity for participants to learn more about the get involved in practical aspect s of electronic health records design.
• Day 1: Uses of Data, Medical Records, Corporate Information, Clinical Safety and Quality, Confidentiality and Consent, Telehealth
• Day 2: Informing Healthcare overview, Clinical Portal development, Design workshop
